Stainless Western Gyuto

This western style gyuto is a laser. Made from cryo treated Aeb-L stainless @61 HRC, sporting a hand sanded satin finish, chili pepper micarta, black g-10 liner and stainless corby bolts. It weighs in at 215g and has a blade length of blade length of 215mm, 215’s all around. It has a slightly more pronounced curve to the blade from its wa handled counterpart, making it great for push cutting and rocking.
