Maple Burl K-Tip Bunka

The Xiro K-Tip Bunka is a Santoku like work horse. A great mid-sized prep knife can handle about 80% of all common kitchen tasks.  Made from 8670 High Carbon Steel and weighing in at 141g,  a 159mm cutting edge and a 293mm over all profile. I use this knife or the larger heeled Bunka for about 50% of my prep work.
