Double Dyed Maple Burl Bunka

The Xiro Ko Bunka is our little prep king. It’s a perfect size and shape for almost all meat and veg prep. Made from 8670 High Carbon Steel and weighing in at 168g,  a 140mm cutting edge and a 267mm over all profile. I like this Bunka because of its heel height, 55mm at the heel! This allows me to slide everything I’ve just cut into the blade then drop in into a bowl or pan with ease.
