Damascus Clad Petty

The Petty is a full sized Gyuto at 80% scale. A great prep and delicate work knife that works well as a boning knife in a pinch. Made from Damascus cladding over a 51200 core at 62HRC with an oxide free jewelers etch, it has an English yew handle and buffalo horn ferrule. Weighing in at just 128g, with a 184mm cutting edge. I find myself reaching for this knife as often as its full sized counterpart, couldn’t work without it!
