8670 high carbon, nickel steel, 62 HRC. Flat , stone ground finish. Richlite, brass, and stabilized figured  walnut. Weighing in at 438g with a 165mm cutting edge and a 285mm over all profile. This is a great sized cleaver for the BBQ’r, perfect for going through pork and chicken bones like butter.
